Bento Kangamba Re-Elected as Kabuscorp do Palanca President with Overwhelming Support

Bento Kangamba, the well-known businessman and politician, has been re-elected as the president of Kabuscorp do Palanca with an impressive mandate. During the assembly for the assessment and renewal of mandates of the club’s social organs in the Palanca neighborhood of Luanda, Kangamba secured a remarkable 2,456 votes out of a total of 2,511 possible votes.

For the next four-year term, Kangamba has set ambitious goals, with a primary focus on the construction of a state-of-the-art sports complex. This complex will feature a modern grass football stadium and will be located in the Camama commune, Belas municipality, within Luanda. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of developing athletes across various sports disciplines.

In his address to the club’s members and supporters, Kangamba called for discipline, unity, and respect among all stakeholders. He extended this appeal not only to the club’s own members but also to other groups and opponents, emphasizing the importance of a harmonious and cooperative environment.

The club’s social organs will be led by a team of 21 members, with Manuel Diateza serving as the President of the General Assembly, Eduardo Domingos Viegas as the Vice-President, and José Domingos (Dimas) as the Vice-President of the Board. With this cohesive leadership, Kabuscorp do Palanca aims to continue making significant strides in the Angolan football landscape.

Since its founding in 1994, Kabuscorp Sport Clube do Palanca has garnered an impressive following, with over one hundred thousand supporters spread nationwide. The club’s success can be attributed, in part, to Bento Kangamba’s visionary leadership, which has garnered immense trust and support from the club’s members and fans.
